Miss Dippie was so impressed when she got back from her course. She thought Mrs Reid must've been busy colouring all afternoon.
We learnt that Rangoli Patterns are a special part of Diwali and are placed on doorsteps to welcome people during the festival. Usually they are made from coloured sands, petals or rice. We made our with pastel so we can put them on the wall.
It was so cool when I heard you celebrated diwali day because the my flatmates who are indian were also celebrating diwali day. they had candles all over the house. It looks like you had just as much fun drawing different patterns
